G M Bailey Air Conditioning was established 22 years ago in 1987 later becoming a husband and wife partnership and in 2002 became a Limited Company, each time transferring its accounts and always operating under the same name, we are still working with some of our original clients having built mutual trust and long term business relationships with each other.
Our aim has always been to provide a solid company, we have consistently returned modest profits with a constant flow of work, throughout even the toughest times by competitive pricing and meeting both our and our client’s goals.
We have achieved by running an efficient business, minimising wasted time, wasted materials and keeping overheads to a minimum. Profits are constantly reinvested to ensure we can fund the business without large loans.
We are currently working from our own premises in Carterton this is located centrally between Oxford, Swindon and Cheltenham. Whilst we endeavour to work locally have many customers throughout the country who of course have local companies but are willing pay for us to travel as they trust us to treat them fairly and provide a competent friendly and cost effective service.

In order to show our involvement within these industries we have incorporated two companies, namely Oxford Heatpumps Ltd and Oxford Energy Control Systems Ltd. These companies are run from our existing offices and much of the work is carried out by the same staff and run and funded by the same director owners.
